Our Feedback training program enables healthcare professionals to improve the quality and safety of care by learning how to detect and prevent medical errors. La feedback training aims to strengthen the safety culture within healthcare facilities by encouraging medical and paramedical staff to adopt an analytical approach during interviews. We use interactive learning methods, such as role plays and case studies, to facilitate the integration of acquired knowledge.
Our experience in feedback and risk analysis in aeronautics is always highly appreciated by participants. This training is inspired by the practices of risk system analysis, particularly in the aeronautics sector. It also integrates a methodological approach to examine unforeseen events related to health care.
